Children and Extra person Policy
All children are welcome. No minors (age under 18) allowed to check-in alone without a legal guardian.
All children under 2 years stay free of charge when using existing beds.
One older child (age of 15 and under) or adult is charged AUD $30 per person per night in an extra bed.
One child under 2 years is charged AUD $50 per stay in a child's cot/crib.
*For fire safety reasons, the maximum number of extra beds and cots in a unit is 1.
SAME DAY BOOKINGS
All bookings made for arrival on the same day MUST arrive during office hours".

Monday - Friday: 9:00 am to 12 noon & 2:00 pm to 5:00 pm
Saturday: 9:00 am to 12 noon
Sunday and Public Holiday: Closed
Property Cancellation
Policy Deposit and Cancellation
During COVID-19, no payment is required at reservation. Unless booking is made within 7 days before arrival, full payment will be required.
You will require to make the full payment of the reservation when you receive an outstanding balance reminder email from us (usually between 7 to 14 days before your arrival).
ALL GUESTS ARE SUGGESTED TO PURCHASE APPROPRIATE TRAVEL INSURANCE ONCE THE PAYMENT IS MADE, in case cancellation is needed, due to borders closure, positive COVID detected, change of mind, etc. Sanctuary Lake Apartments will provide you the appropriate statement/receipts for the claim on your insurance.
*STRICTLY NO AMENDMENTS OR CANCELLATIONS WILL BE ACCEPTED 7 DAYS OR LESS FROM CHECK-IN AND FULL PAYMENT WILL BE FORFEITED.
