As we all know, ANZAC Day 2020 will be a special one in light of the outbreak that has changed routines and circumstances for all of us in many different ways. Seeing as it will be a unique national commemoration this year, we’re inviting you to join us on the coast for a special weekend of remembrance as we stand on our balconies and see in the dawn in beautiful Currumbin Gold Coast.
On Saturday April 25, ABC will host ANZAC Day Live Coverage from 5am, involving the National Memorial Service at the Australian War Memorial, along with the history of ANZAC Day, personal stories from servicemen and servicewomen, odes, a minute’s silence and an evening message from the Governor-General. Despite the recent changes, we remain open to essential travellers and workers and are doing our utmost in providing proper hygiene and sanitation, booking flexibility and administering extra assistance for all guests. Do note, however, that we have new office hours for the foreseeable future that are 10am-12pm and 2pm-4pm Monday to Friday. Saturday and Sunday our office is closed but you can still contact us over the phone with any enquiry.
